Active Leisure Card Membership Scheme

Although you don't need to be a member to use our facilities, you'll find our Active Leisure Card Scheme gives you more for your money with our Premier, Play and Swim deals. The scheme is available to everyone and there is no need to be a resident of Forest Heath to apply.

There are 2 Active Leisure Card options:

1. You can register for an Active leisure card for FREE (terms and conditions apply) and then you simply show your card when you pay and play. Having a card means you can book online or over the phone up to 7 days in advance and pay when you play. If you are eligible for a discount then this will be the rate you pay every time you use our leisure centres and swimming pools.
2. If you are going to be a regular user of our leisure centres or pools you may like to buy one of our Premier, Play or Swim Active packages which save you money the more you visit. You can have unlimited use of our facilities for a single annual fee or monthly payment so you can play and swim as much as you like for no extra charge!

Is the Active Leisure Card secure?

Yes, there is no personal information stored on the card at all, just a unique reference number that gives our staff access to your data.
Because the Active Leisure Card has a monetary value, all Card holders are required to have an identity photograph linked to their individual details on our system. This is the simplest and most secure way to ensure that we match each card to the approved user.
